		<description>You saved my day. A while ago I activated Incoming Connections with Vista64 for PPTP.
I stopped using it but left it on just in case I needed it later.

Then one day I saw all those dup pings and went crazy looking for the solution.

googled a lot...nothing.

Today I stumbled upon your post and went immediately deleted the incoming connection.

No more dup pings!
