Error 2739 – Adobe CS3 Will Not Install / Un-install / Update – Windows Vista

When installing / uninstalling / updating Adobe CS3 on Windows Vista it may report that ‘Component update / removal / installation’ failed. This is due to a registration issue with a library required (jscript.dll).
